With the total solar eclipse only 10 days away, I wanted to share this TED talks video featuring David Baron (author of American Eclipse) and his personal recount of watching a live total solar eclipse. If you had a chance to read my post Total Solar Eclipse ’17 Thoughts then you’ll understand why I want you to watch this video. I can’t sum it up quite like he did so I encourage you guys to open your mind & heart for this 12-minute watch. The best recap I can give it (because I feel somewhat obliged) is a total solar eclipse gives you the ability to see your place in this world and know that you’re apart of something larger than life itself. Enjoy!
Here for some fun… a favorite song of mine “Because I’m Me” by The Avalanches. A long time fave and even better because the video takes place in my hometown New York City!
I found this super short & funny video about meditation that I wanted to share. I’ve been meditating for a few years and recently it’s gained a lot more attention in society. I think that’s a great, positive thing for people to be excited about though. But from one soul to another, here is a truly simple video for anyone who meditates. From beginner to expert it’s always nice to review the essentials. I just downloaded the app Headspace on my iPhone to help make meditation more apart of my daily regimens. It’s also available for Android and accessible on desktop computers. I’ll be sure to write a review on my use and if it helps me. 😊
The purpose of this video is entirely informative without the use of opinions. Please remember that StayBlooming.com encourages growth through truth and knowledge. 🌝
Because it’s Friday and this song always makes me wanna get up to celebrate my individuality. “Soy yo” translates to I’m me in English. And it’s oh, so appropriate since here at StayBlooming.com we always celebrate you being you unapologetically!
Watch, read, enjoy, comment, and share!
