Google’s Doodle Contest Winner Reps Inclusion

I was really happy when hitting Google.com to do some research today. It’s always exciting to see what they’re celebrating and/or recognizing for any particular day. I’ve come to enjoy the daily graphics especially when they’re interactive on a desktop. (☺️) The image today was one I had to mention. Inclusion, inclusion!

Curiosity had me look into it to find out that 15-year-old girl Sarah Harrison won Google’s Doodle Contest and they used her image for their front page. Entries were inspired by what they saw for the future and needless to say why this young girl won. Here is a very inspirational statement by the artist:

“My future is a world where we can all learn to love each other despite our religion, gender, race, ethnicity, or sexuality… I dream of a future where everyone is safe and accepted wherever they go, whoever they are.”

Sarah Harrison

I am glad to see wisdom in our youth. I truly believe they are our future. Worldly matters trickle down to everyone and are all of our responsibility.
