Are you having a bad day?

Have you done the essentials?

Make sure you’ve eaten.
Make sure you’ve showered.
Make sure you’ve had some water.
Make sure you’ve taken any and all medication you need.
Go outside and get at least five minutes of fresh air.
Change your bedsheets.
Text someone important and remind them that you love them.
Take a deep breath and remind yourself that you matter.
